Back in 2003? I produced a radio show called "The Front Row" for the first time on Friday the 6th of February - I remember it well because I scored the presenter of the next show Untitled (a great show name which was later snapped up by a commerical radio station) only hours before our shows went to air and as I am still dating the chap I'm obliged to remember the date. It finished up two years later and while I pitched the format across length and breathe of Ireland it never sold. (I would later work in sales)
Our first show I remember was a disaster and in fact quite a number of them where until we hit our stride. We had our up's & down's - from being the only one to get an interview off that guy from"The Full Monty" (Robert C something?) on the red carpet at the opening night of the DIFF to my MD player dying half way through a Brendan Glesson interview (heartbroken) just before the Harry Potter question.
I loved producing this show (maybe a pinch more than my one hit wonder Heavy Petting), in fact I nearly forgot how much. So hopefully through some reviews, previews and some good old fashioned movie news I can relive some of my glory days of youth.
